Shipping policy

We offer free shipping worldwide to eligible shipping zones (Zone 1 – 5 in the below list) via DHL or EMS (it is the seller's discretion to decide which shipping method is appropriate for your order) on orders over JPY50,000.-. (Free shipping is valid for single orders, shipped to single destination.)

For the order less than JPY 50,000.-, we charge a flat rate shipping based on country and region (Flat rate shipping is valid for single orders, shipped to single destination.)

Free shipping/Flat rate shipping doesn't apply to orders shipped to the specific regions (Africa, South America, etc. for details, please see “Zone 6” & “Zone 7 in the below list) - For these countries and regions, shipping charge will apply regardless of total order amount.  Shipping charge will be calculated at checkout.

-We don’t ship to Russia and Belarus. 

Most in-stock items will be shipped out within 3-5 business days after receipt of your payment.

Transit time differs depending on destination and shipping method.

We don't ship to FPO and APO addresses (US military bases) geographically located in Japan.

Modification and Cancellation

If your orders have not yet been shipped out, we will modify or cancel your order. however, the processing fee (Shopify Payment fee, Paypal fee) on your purchase is non refundable.

Once your order has been shipped out, you won't have the option to cancel or modify it.

Refusal to accept the product at the time of delivery will not be entertained and no refunds shall be made in such cases.
