About Duties and Customs

When you purchase from us, the amount you pay at checkout covers the cost of transporting your package to your country. However, it does not include local import duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), or customs brokerage fees. Customers are responsible for paying these fees directly to the courier upon delivery.  Please note that we do not offer refunds if a package is refused due to unpaid duties.

By keeping duties separate, we can offer lower prices for everyone.  As duty rates vary wildly depending on the country, it is the most flexible way for us to serve customers all over the world.
